About HFI Offshore

HFI Offshore was opened in 2007 in response to the increased demands of providing turnkey service and support to the Offshore and Subsea Market. This facility is dedicated to the rigorous production, testing and quality demands that are required for products suited for Offshore or Subsea service.

From this facility, we offer full turnkey fabrication and support of offshore and subsea equipment including fixed plates, flying plates, covers, test plates, and entire turnkey HFLs. We have worked with virtually all major manufactures products, ranging from diver operated Mono Couplings, to ROV Hotstabs, to 16 way MQC plates.

The services that we offer within HFI Offshore include:

• Hose / Hose bundle assembly
• Procurement of customer or 3rd party designed Stabplate components
• Procurement of 3rd party assemblies
• Assembly of stabplate
• Termination of hose(s) to hardware, via in house Automated Welding (Recommended) or threaded connections.
• Full NDE, including Radiography, Positive Material Identification (PMI), and Dye Penetrant Testing
• FAT including interface checks, pressure tests, flow testing, flushing and cleanliness verification, and electrical testing.
• Full Export Packing
• Complete Traceability and documentation to current industry standards.
